ESCABECHE BATTER

Ingredients:

  • 300gr gluten free flour

  • 5gr salt

  • 1gr black pepper

  • 6gr turmeric powder

  • 5gr garlic powder

  • 5gr epazote

  • 450ml sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. In a small container, mix all big squeeze bottle, pour half of the sparkling water

  2. Add all flour and spices and stir so that all is homogenous

  3. Add the remaining sparkling water and stir again

  4. Label and store in the fridge
