Every idea, every challenge, and every sacrifice has shaped this place over the years with one transcendent goal, transform quality ingredients into real, guilt-free,. Mesoamerican food.
Our Chef & Founder Arthur developed his passion for cooking and nutrition at an early age, backed by his French heritage, shaped from personal studies and a rich international experience. While travelling in America, he found joy and comfort in the colourful streets of Antigua, Guatemala, living true moments of warmth, connection, spirituality and talks around food.
In 2017, his studies brought him back to London, a city full diversity and openness, a mosaic of cultures where every cuisine finds a home. He soon realised something was missing: the taste of his favourite memory-foods, the soulful flavours of Mesoamerica.
The same year he founded QUINTA, a street food stall wandering around London, specialised the corn-based speciality from Mesoamerica, Pupusas. By late 2020, the very first pupuseria in the UK was opening in the central and historic district of South Kensington. Alongside Pupusas, the restaurant offers local specialities like tacos, cocktails, horchatas etc.
