Ingredients:

  • 5kg red peppers, sliced

  • 1.5kg yellow onions, sliced

  • 125gr fajitas mix

  • 100g Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Distribute in cooking trays

  2. Cook 45min at 200°C

  3. Distribute in containers

  4. Label and store in the fridge
