PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients:

  • 5kg tomatoes, diced

  • 1kg red onions, diced

  • 120gr salt

  • 10gr House hot sauce

  • 10 black pepper

  • 30gr acid mix

  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Add all to a container

  2. Season to taste

  3. Distribute in containers. Label and store in the fridge
