DONUT BUÑUELOS

Ingredients:

  • 400gr milk

  • 180g water

  • 75gr butter

  • 5gr salt

  • 30gr white sugar

  • 10gr vanilla essence

  • 500gr gluten free flour

  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Bring milk, water and butter

  2. Take off heat and add salt, sugar and vanilla essence

  3. Mix well

  4. Add gluten free flour and mix

  5. Add eggs and mix

  6. Make 50gr donuts and fry at 110°C for 6min
