SALVADORAN QUESADILLA

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs

  • 250gr white sugar

  • 50gr brown sugar

  • 410gr evaporated milk

  • 150gr parmesan cheese

  • 360gr gluten free flour

  • 375gr butter, melted

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the oven at 200°C

  2. Separate egg white and yolks

  3. Mix yolks with sugar (white and brown) until mix is whitened

  4. Add 1/2 evaporated milk and mix

  5. Slowly add parmesan cheese while mixing

  6. Add the rest of evaporated milk and mix

  7. Slowly add gluten free flour and mix

  8. Add butter and mix (8)

  9. Add salt to egg white and whip until stiff (9)

  10. Delicately add (9) to (8)

  11. Distribute in a greased container (125gr)

  12. Cook at 170°C for 32 min
