GREEN SALSA
Ingredients:
2.8kg green tomato can, drained
1 full coriander head
10cl lime juice
30g salt
2cl cider vinegar
2gr black pepper
50gr jalapeños
2gr Xanthan gum
Instructions:
Pour all the ingredients into a blender, reserving the Xanthan gum, and blend
Add the Xanthan gum and blend again
Pack in vacuum bags, label and store in the fridge
