PORK CHICHARRÓN - Blended

STEP 1:

Ingredients:

  • 4kg Pork shoulder, diced

  • 80g salt

  • 4kg water

Instructions:

  1. In a big pot, boil water with salt.

  2. Reduce fire, add pork. Cook 10min or until cooked.

  3. Remove pork and reserve in a cooking tray.

STEP 2:

Ingredients:

  • Cooked pork (Step 1)

  • 100gr fajitas mix

  • 20gr garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 200°C.

  2. Distribute spices on the pork in the cooing tray.

  3. Cook 35min at 180°C.

STEP 3:

Ingredients:

  • Braised pork (Step 2)

  • 200gr grilled vegetables

  • 150gr tomato salsa

Instructions:

  1. Add grilled vegetables and tomato salsa to the braised pork

  2. Blend all.
