PORK CHICHARRÓN - Blended
STEP 1:
Ingredients:
4kg Pork shoulder, diced
80g salt
4kg water
Instructions:
In a big pot, boil water with salt.
Reduce fire, add pork. Cook 10min or until cooked.
Remove pork and reserve in a cooking tray.
STEP 2:
Ingredients:
Cooked pork (Step 1)
100gr fajitas mix
20gr garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 200°C.
Distribute spices on the pork in the cooing tray.
Cook 35min at 180°C.
STEP 3:
Ingredients:
Braised pork (Step 2)
200gr grilled vegetables
150gr tomato salsa
Instructions:
Add grilled vegetables and tomato salsa to the braised pork
Blend all.
