Ingredients:

• 225gr salt

• 260gr sugar

• 200gr ground cumin

• 200gr paprika

• 100gr ancho chile

• 100gr acid mix

• 40gr ground coriander

• 90gr garlic powder

• 35gr oregano

• 40gr black pepper
