Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cinnamon stick, toasted

  • 200g sesame seeds, toasted

  • 200g pumpkin seeds, toasted

  • 2 guajillo chili, unseeded, toasted

  • 4 passilla chili, unseeded, toasted

  • 40g cornflour, toasted

  • 15g paprika

  • 15g garlic granules

  • 30g Guérande salt

  • 5g coriander powder
